Conditions of entry

1. Please note all bags and cool boxes etc will be searched on entry to the event
2. We will be operating a no return policy for under 18
3. We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and underage drinking 
4. We operate the check 25 policy
5. Children are not allowed to run between or behind the marquees for safety reasons.
6. Sorry no BBQs (gas / charcoal) or cooking equipment
7. Any opened bottles of fluid will not be allowed on site (factory sealed bottles of soft drinks are welcome)
8. Picnics are welcome
9. Shelters and gazebos will only be permitted with a booking confirmation
10. Please take care on site. It is a field with some areas that are uneven
11. This is a no dog event (assistance dogs are exempt from this rule)
12. No alcohol to be brought on site, any found will be confiscated at the gate and disposed of.
13. Any abuse to staff will result in you andyour party leaving the event with no refund (professional door staff will ensure this happens)
14. The above policy also applies if you are the responsible adult for a child that is found consuming alcohol on the event site.
15. If you wish to leave the event and return, we will stamp your hand as proof of entry this does not apply to under 18 years of age.
16. Cars may be left in the field carpark overnight but removed by 10 am the following day
17. No unaccompanied under 18’s will be allowed on site, and the adult must remain on site. Not sign them in and leave the event
18. This event is covered by CCTV and footage will be passed onto Staffordshire police if requested
19. THIS IS A FAMILY EVENT SO PLEASE ENJOY IT AND HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!
