CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

General Entry & Searches

• All bags, cool boxes, and similar items will be searched on entry.
• The event is monitored by CCTV, and footage may be shared with Staffordshire Police if requested.
• Uniformed and non‑uniformed security staff, including dog units, are present to ensure the safe running of the event.

Age‑Related Rules

• No unaccompanied under‑18s are permitted on site.
• Under‑18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over, who must remain on site at all times.
• The maximum supervision ratio is 4 under‑18s per adult.
• Proof of age may be requested at the admission gate.
• No re‑entry is permitted for under‑18s.

Alcohol, Drugs & Behaviour

• We operate a zero‑tolerance policy on drugs and under‑age drinking.
• We operate the Check 25 age‑verification policy.
• No alcohol may be brought onto the site. Any found will be confiscated and disposed of.
  Attempting to hide alcohol (e.g., in chairs) may result in refusal of entry.
• Abuse towards staff will result in you and your party being removed without refund.
• If a child under your supervision is found consuming alcohol, the same removal policy applies.

Food, Drink & Equipment

• Opened bottles of any fluid are not permitted.
  Factory‑sealed soft drinks are allowed, including 0% beers and wines.
• Picnics are welcome.
• No BBQs (gas or charcoal) or cooking equipment are allowed.
• Shelters and gazebos are only permitted with prior booking confirmation.

Safety & Site Rules

• Children must not run between or behind marquees or gazebos for safety reasons.
• Please take care on site — it is a field and may have uneven areas.
• This is a no‑dog event (assistance dogs exempt).
• If you leave and wish to return, your hand will be stamped as proof of entry. This does not apply to under‑18s.
• Cars may be left in the Tafflands car park overnight and must be collected between 10:00–11:00am the following day.
  The car park will be locked at 23:45.

 

• Wristband Policy

  At the gate, every guest will be issued with a coloured wristband confirming whether they are under or over 18. Wearing this wristband at all times is mandatory.

  Anyone found without their wristband will be stopped immediately for verification and may be removed from the site without refund.

  This rule is non‑negotiable. It enables our security team to carry out rapid age‑verification checks inside the arena and is essential for preventing under‑age drinking.

   

  Ticket Resale and Refund Policy

  Tickets are non‑transferable and remain linked to the original purchaser.
  Refunds will only be issued if the event date is changed or if the event is cancelled.
