Due to various reasons we only hire out the HQ for children’s parties and meetings.
Strictly no alcohol is allowed in the building

Our hire costs are £25 per hour for all occasional bookings but for regular bookings please get in touch. (Minimum 2 hours)

Mick Jacks Memorial Hall

Suitable for small functions up to a maximum of 100. Tables and Chairs inclusive.
Ideal for gatherings or large meetings. This room now has two 50 inch flat screen LCD smart screen TV equipped with a VGA lead and HDMI perfect for running presentations straight from your laptop.
This room is serviced by a lift so it is fully accessible.
Balcony over looking our field and outside stairs access if required.
This room has recently been kitted out with a huge board room style table, 50 inch LCD screen to show presentations and comfy meeting chairs, perfect for committee or management meetings. Will easily sit 12 at the table.

Crockery and cutlery hire
We can also now offer a full set of 100 plastic plates, bowls, cups and metal cutlery for hire at a rate of £25 per booking. This is with the aim of becoming more environmentally friendly. All crockery and cutlery would need to be returned in a clean, dry, damage free state in order to not incur further costs.
Payment for all items must be made 7 days before the event either by Cheque (made payable to Rolleston Scout Group) or by Bank Transfer.
